The Tribes Hill Fish & Game Club (THFG) has been a local, affordable, family friendly fish & game club since 1954.  Our goal is to provide both convenient and safe place for experienced shooters and those who are new to the sport.

We offer a newly developed Archery Range, Rifle range with varying distances and pistol bunker. We hold multiple hunting and fishing contests each year.

What we do:

  1. We support the Hunters Training Program by donating the use of the range for both firearm and bow hunting courses.
  2. We provide an annual scholarship to a student of Fulton-Montgomery Community College who will continue his or her education in a field related to Conservation.
  3. We distribute copies of the “Conservationist” magazine to several local schools and organizations.
  4. We offer local youths the opportunity to attend the New York State DEC Conservation Camp.
  5. We support the efforts of the Great Sacandaga Lake Fishing Federation with membership and stocking donations.
  6. We are and affiliate members of the NYS Conservation Counsel.
  7. We encourage the debate and support legislation which further the cause of the NYS Outdoor Sports person.
  8. We are members of the NYS Rifle and Pistol Association.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions. Use our Contact Us page to tell us what we’re doing right or what we can improve on.
